A Face the Facts DE Charity Event

Join us for an unforgettable afternoon of racing excitement, southern charm, and community spirit as we celebrate the Kentucky Derby in support of Face the Facts DE.

This year’s fundraiser is being generously hosted by Dr. and Mrs. Ryan Robinson. Dr. Robinson has been part of my life and work for many years, and his support has extended far beyond professional collaboration. He stood beside me on the hardest day of my life, when Vincent died, and has remained a constant encourager and believer in Face the Facts DE ever since. From day one, he has believed in our mission, our message, and the importance of meeting people with compassion and honesty. To say we are grateful is truly an understatement.

Because of that belief, this year’s event will benefit Face the Facts DE, an organization dedicated to bridging the gap between organizations addressing addiction, recovery, and essential community needs and the individuals and families seeking their services. We exist to make help easier to find, stigma harder to hold onto, and support more accessible when it matters most.

Through education, advocacy, community meetings, and direct connection to resources, Face the Facts DE brings people together in moments of crisis, recovery, and healing. Our work is rooted in compassion, honesty, and lived experience. We meet people where they are, without judgment, and walk alongside them as they navigate substance use, recovery, grief, and the everyday challenges that often accompany them — creating a community where no one has to face addiction or loss alone.

 Ticket Pricing:
$55 — Guests 21 & Over
$25 — Guests Ages 11–20
Free — Children 10 & Under

 Tickets will be sold at the front table for donation-based ice cream and face painting.
Tickets will also be available for specialty cocktails.
